Your support of the 3M Company PAC is completely voluntary, the contribution guidelines set forth above are only suggestions, and you are free to contribute more or less than the guidelines or nothing at all. 3M will neither favor nor disadvantage employees because of the amount of their contribution or their decision not to contribute, and employees may refuse to contribute without reprisal.

Contributions to the 3M Company PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal Law requires political action committees to report to the Federal Election Commission the name, address, occupation and the name of each employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year. Collective individual contributions to the 3M Company PAC are not to exceed the maximum legal limit of $5,000 per calendar year. Only United States Citizens or persons admitted for permanent U.S. residence under applicable federal law may contribute to the 3M Company PAC.
